Here's another completed model which was inspired by his design. This is a revell's 64' chevy fleetside, painted with black and brilliant orange from tamiya. I lowered the ride heights and changed the wheels to 23" Holli's from pegasus hobbies. Other addition is the engine wires. Let me know what you think and thanks for looking. I got lucky to find this kit because I always wanted to have a camel trophy theme among my completed models. I'm posting it in this section cause it needs fixing up.....was damaged when I shifted house many moons ago. Basically the chassis and running gear was from the Bob Glidden Pro Stocker, just modded to suit the Charger. The original car is an all black car which is going to make it hard to get the paint work just right and after doing seceral other models I think I've final got it right, the thing to do is when the body is painted handle it with cotton gloves so U don't get finger prints all over it.
